In recent years, network technology developing widely accessible and rapidly, and it brought great changes for people's social life. Face to construction of the Internet, the contemporary young students demonstrated a great sense of identity and enthusiasm. However, the Internet bring a lot of speed and convenience, fun and nutrition to young students, but also affects their psychological and behavior. More and more young students, the day clinging to a virtual world obsessed, a college student, suffering from a network of psychological ills medically known as the "Internet addiction disorder" (short for IAD).In China, as the network addiction caused by psychological barriers or social adjustment disorders,such cases as the network popularity as growing. In particular, young people are the main "netizens", majority young people got IAD. In 2005, during the summer vocation, Youth Association for Network for a nationwide network of young people addicted to the findings of this survey. At the moment, young people about Internet addiction were 13.2% of Netizens. Non-Internet addiction groups who were tend to have Internet addiction about 13% of Internet users. Adolescence is a sense of self-protection and self-control capabilities were relatively weak group, they are easy to be attracted by pornographic information, violent computer games and other undesirable elements network, the network over-indulged form of Internet addiction.For the"Internet Addiction of young people", there are different ideas for the reasons. On the specific situation in China, there are three main reasons for the youth network addiction: 1. psychological and physiological characteristics in the period of young hood, 2. the characteristics of the network, 3. inappropriate family and school education methods. So the measures should focus on three areas of study. This paper from the actual situation, link theory with practice, identify the characteristics of Internet Addiction and influencing factors, and further proposed a more systematic solution. At first, the first chapter of the paper introduces the problem to be solved, the field of domestic and international status, significance and research methods.Chapter 2 analyzes the current network of young people addicted to the status quo, including the following three aspects : First, overview of the problem of Internet addiction; Secondly, Analysis the youth network addiction : Internet addiction youth size, Internet addiction activities of young people, three aspects of youth network addiction's common type; Third, Internet addiction disserve.Chapter 3 analyzes main factors of the young Internet Addiction, the study concludes: Internet addiction disorder in adolescents'main factors: 1. Cyberspace characteristics; 2. Individual characteristics of the young people (special physiological and psychological characteristics required) 3. Environmental factors: including three aspects, such as social factors, school factors and family factors.The final chapter lists the measures to solve the young internet addiction issues, according to the network of young people with addiction and the actuality of the main factors. Studies have shown that in order to prevent and solve the problem of Internet addictions need all the efforts of the young's own, the family, schools. In this paper, the study of the countermeasures from the perspective of education and sociology, discussed role and value of the social education and social support, school education and family education to solve the problem of Internet Addiction. Studies have shown that young people with the physical and psychological characteristics, enhance the sense of responsibility of family education, promote the quality of youth education, and to provide young people with good external environment is the prevention of youth Internet addiction's important channels. Meanwhile, self-control capabilities of the network of young people addicted most notable features are network addiction important internal factor. Therefore, to strengthen young people's self-control training is to enable young people to shake off the IAD against a permanent one.The paper research on the new topics of the "Internet addiction", on the basis of more in-depth theoretical, analysis the value and a lot of persuasive investigation of young people addicted to the status of the network as a starting point, use the methods of theoretical and empirical study integrating, and all-around philosophy, psychology, education, sociology and management science research methods, multi-level, multi-angle reveal and describe the papers to be studied. So far, the young internet addiction problem studies were just for descriptive stage and little research undertaken in-depth, concrete and systemic. This article presents a sociological perspective and education as a focal point; in-depth analysis of the adolescent physiological and psychological characteristics on the basis of integrates our current social education and social environment, school education, family education of the actual situation and the societies, schools, families and individuals of the four factors combined for a cross-depth study in-depth, systematic exposition of the young Internet Addiction and the main factors preventing the implementation of specific measures, so as to provide the basis theoretical to solve the problem of Internet Addiction.
