It also assumes that the development of the nongovernmental organization in our country can stimulate the governmental functions to turn in the direction of "small government, big society" and promote the construction of our peaceful society.On the basis of it, the thesis chooses a concrete example, and from the operational mechanism inner and the outer social system environment these two aspects, discusses the operational mechanism construction of nongovernmental organization in our country that should be adaptive to the features of the market economy and social transformation period.
