Research On Quality Control System Of The Graduate Education Based On ISO9000 Series Standards

The quality of graduate education is the lifeline of graduate education. It is very important and an urgent problem to be solved to guarantee the quality of graduate education under the rapid increasing of graduate education scale in China. Based on ISO9000 series standards, it is emphasized in this thesis with the core of total processing control of graduate education, not only with the mode of goal control. It is significant and valuable for guaranteeing the quality of graduate education.Firstly, the definition and features of the quality of graduate education are explained and the mode and the current situation of quality control of graduate education are analyzed in this thesis. The idea of establishing and implementating the quality control system of graduate education based on ISO9000 series standards has been presented.Secondly, after a brief introduction of history, structure and features of the standards, the necessity and feasibility of applying ISO9000 series standards to the quality control of graduate education are discussed.Thirdly, some definitions in quality control of graduate education are presented, and the application of eight quality control principles are introduced. According to ISO9000 series standards, and the factors in quality control of graduate education are transformed. With the method of system and process, four processes such as the duty of control, resources control, the realization and measurement of product, analysis and improvement are analyzed, which compose the control system of graduate education. A scientific frame of quality control system of graduate education has been established together with the explanation of the factors in the frame.Finally, taking Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics as an example, the author gives some suggestions about how to establish and implement the quality control system of its graduate education.
