Quality management as specialized management activities at the end of 19th century industrial production has experienced four stages. As the latest developments in quality management, ISO9000 standards in the 20th century produced the 1980s, is currently the only recognized by the majority of countries of the international quality management system standards. ISO9000 standards process-based to continuous improvement as the goal, with a wide range of adaptability. Unlike other schools, but to provide educational services is a major task, process management schools is the key to quality management, continuous improvement is the same schools pursuit of the goal. So ISO9000 standards cover 39 sectors, education ranked No. 37. In recent years, in order to improve the quality of management schools, many people began to explore the introduction of ISO9000 standard schools. Schools introduce ISO9000 standards, from the initial questioning of opposition to the necessity and feasibility of, the quality of management schools how to implement ISO9000 standards, and how schools certification, or certification to the final implementation of the effects of introduced.In reality, the ISO9000 standards applied to schools keen to study a set of the school system to provide text, it ignores the understanding of the school staff and wishes. At the same time, schools in the introduction of ISO9000 quality management system standards-in the course of what is to follow the basic requirements of the relevant studies are infrequent. Schools do not rely on outside experts to participate in the circumstances, the construction of school quality management system on the steps is not too in-depth. This study is divided into four parts:The first part of the origin and significance of the study summed up the schools to introduce ISO9000 standards of practice and exploration and theoretical research.The second part of the study on the status of the starting point of this study was presented.The third part on the introduction of secondary schools of ISO9000 quality management standards and the need for the principles to be followed.Part IV study of the school construction quality management system, the introduction of ISO9000 standards process, in accordance with the school's uniqueness, it is necessary to follow systematic process of full, adaptability, and other basic requirements. School Construction Quality Management System, to experience leadership planning, design and analysis, responsibilities and resources of the implementation, system documentation, and other steps.The purpose of this study is to enhance the effectiveness of schools starting point to improve the quality of school management objectives and promote the school to better meet people's growing demand for education.
