| Since the reform and opening, specially the development of socialist market economy, the domestic condition in which the college students moral education exist and the international condition have all had the huge change. Cultural exchange and the collision initiated by the multi-dimensional value orientation, the economical globalization and the Information networking cause the moral education to face the new challenge; Our country market economy development stimulates university students'consciouness of independence, competition and efficience. The innovative ideology and university student's independence consciousness strengthens unceasingly . While the market economy awakens human's independence consciousness, it puts the human in the dependent relations to the money, causing the human to submit to the money.The phenomenon that human are controlled by money in the market economy society has taken place. This transformation phenomenon seeps to human's energetic domain, directly causing atrophy of the human spiritual life. Human's independence awakened faces the danger which is dispelled. How the university's moral education to be supposed to this new situation is the topic: morality personality education of college students'independence which this article needs to discuss.This article has conducted the exploring research from three aspects to discuss the topic: we explain the basic concept : independence, the independence of morality personality, morality personality education of college students'independence, and describe characteristic and the structure of the independence of morality personality .The second part elaborates education necessity and the basis of the education on morality personality of college students'independence, resting on two aspects from the material realistic foundation and the theory.The third part revolves the value guidance and the independent construction to elaborate how to develop morality personality education of college students'independence.
