The Excavation And Exertion Of The Educated Funtion About Logistics Work In Primary Schools

Logistics work is an indispensable protection to schools education and teaching, it is an important link to implementating quality education in schools. With the constant depth educational reforms, the task and function of logistics work have being leading to many changes. The work in a scientific, standardized and institutionalized state has become one of the important signs of success for promoting quality education in schools. Meanwhile, schools are special places for teaching people systematically. Allow student to be a physically labor-round development man, and a person who has the ability for adapting to the development of society. All these are the duties of all school staffs. Schools logistics sector should not be bystanders, and which should be duty-bound and do our best to play its proper function of educating people as an indispensable part of personnel, the entire process and all-round education.In real life, logistics work services for education in schools, the function and the role of preserving and safeguard the normal order of the teaching has been acknowledged, but the knowledge and understanding of the function in educating people of logistical work is far from consensus , the results of this study in this field are still few. So, this thesis is based on the studies in ordinary primary schools. These stated clearly a secondary logistics field of learning, and in the logistics field contains rich fields of learning. It also pointed out the premise and terms of the teaching students in primary schools with logistical work, drew a proposal about logistical function of educating students, expected the consultation value for schools.Educating people is a systemic project with a sophisticated structure, penetrating to the whole time and space (set the influence of social family aside temporarily).Each department has its own definite duty and responsibility. In terms of school work and management work, educational function of logistics work has some nature of concealment, latency and uncertainty. It takes time to be tested and deduced the function of educating people by practice. I hope more associates devote themselves to the logistics work.
