Research On The Education Function And The Realization Way Of The Logistics Service Work In Colleges And Universities In China

In December 27,2015,the eighteenth meeting of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress decided to amend the "People's Republic of China higher education law",of which fourth is amended as: "the higher education must implement the educational policy of the state,for the socialist modernization construction services,serving the people,combined with productive labor and social practice,the education become the all-round development of socialist builders and successors in moral,wisdom,body and beauty." The task of higher education is to train senior specialized talents with social responsibility,innovative spirit and practical ability,to develop science and technology culture and to promote the construction of socialist modernization."College is an important carrier of higher education with the fundamental task to cultivate all-round development talents with the correct value orientation,positive state of mind,with practical ability.At present,the implement of China's colleges and universities' work of "educating people" mainly rely on four forms of teaching,management education,service education and environment education,via the above paths,correct and noble humanistic spirit as "Sincere,Esteeming virtue,Enterprising,Responsibility,Gratefulness,Inclusive" will be fully understand and inherited by college students.The teaching activities in higher education cannot do without the normal development of university logistic service work.Therefore,putting the "education" factors into the traditional logistics services will greatly promote the development of "educating people" work in colleges and universities.This not only conforms to the development of higher education,but also meets the needs of the university logistics service itself to fully coordinate the sustainable development.The CPC and the country have always attached great importance to the development of higher education and paid attention to the "education" as the center to carry out educational activities.If the university logistic service work could adhering to the "talent development" concept,giving enough attention on students' learning,life and other aspects,there will be a good ideological basis for the sustainable and scientific development of university logistics as well as reflect the logistics services' value in education.at the same time.At present,under the socialist market economy system,the development ideas of the socialization of university logistics reform and development have become the benchmark which is established a university logistics system supervised and guide by the government,gathering the social forces and funds to adapt to the market economy with the characteristics of the demand for higher education.The development mainly contains four meanings: first,university logistics should be involved in the socialist market economy system and follow market economy competition system;secondly,university logistics should be operated under the government's supervision and guidance and introduce social resources at the right time;thirdly,the organization should have the capacity for civil rights and capacity for civil conduct in accordance with the law with civil rights and assume civil obligations of the organization;finally,the college logistics socialization in college education should have to meet the needs of the service,the third industry,both the "educational" function.The fourth layer meaning is the key point of this article to explain and study the content.Since the reform and opening up,China's scientific research work on "logistics service education" has been vigorously carried out.Especially in recent decades,in the ideological and political education of college students in the field,the "full education and whole process education,all-round education" education philosophy was put forward.This concept was acknowledged by educators right after proposed and was widely spread.The idea shows that educational purposes is always needed to mobilize all available forces,which provides a strong theoretical support for the education function of logistics service work in colleges and universities,which could help clarify the importance of service education and practical significance.This paper intends to use the method of literature research,survey research,research methods and means to study the topic.The main contents of this thesis include four parts: the first part mainly expounds the logistics of the development and evolution process,the concepts,current university logistics service in China's function and position etc..The second part focuses on the current content and characteristics of the education function of the logistics service in Colleges and universities in China.The third part mainly analyzes the current problems and reasons of the education process of logistics service work in Colleges and universities.As a part of the college teaching work indispensable,the educational function of university logistic service work has not play its due effect,the reasons are not only the subjective factors and objective factors such as imperfect system etc..In this regard,the fourth part of this paper will give the principles and methods to solve.The purpose is to give full play to the education function and function of logistics service in China's colleges and universities,so as to provide a theoretical basis for personnel training and transportation.The purpose of this paper is to explore the way of better display the purpose and function of college logistics,and make efforts to further deepen the reform of college logistics and improve the quality of personnel training.Through the study of the domestic colleges and universities in the logistics service function of the play of the problems and deficiencies,and to put forward the feasibility of the proposed.
