The Current Investigation And Study On Teaching Research In Kindergarten In Xi'an

Teaching research in kindergarten is an investigated activity which aims to settle various specific and actual matters in the new course reform, with kindergarteners and nursery governesses as the main study part, intending to promote the healthy, initiative and full development of infant and professional progress of kindergarteners. It's a practical request and urgent task for kindergarten development and professional progress of kindergarteners at present, as well as the direction and emphasis of deepening the teaching reform, to shift the emphasis of teaching research down to the front line of teaching in kindergarten, and to shape the kindergarten-first teaching research system adapted to the new course reform. Therefore, research on teaching research in kindergarten in Xi'an has a specifically practical point. Based on the facts above, this paper, with nine kindergartens in Xi'an as the study object, random has chosen 290 individuals totally including kindergarteners and nursery governesses and reviewed the actual situation of teaching research in kindergarten in Xi'an, using the method of questionnaire investigation and observation and interview.The paper, from current status, problems and cause analysis and countermeasures, has given a general expatiation on the teaching research in kindergarten in Xi'an. And based on the analysis of the investigated datum, the author has summarized the whole situation of the teaching research, and uncovered the problems existent and illuminated the cause. Finally, the author has put forward several specific suggestions for effectively carrying teaching research in kindergarten, which could provide some use for reference for enhancing kindergarten development and promoting professional progress of kindergarteners.
