The Mode Approach On University Graduates' Employment Guiding

With the university graduates of enlargement going into the employment market one after another, the pressures of the graduates increase continuously. Especially in the 1990s, our country gradually carries collecting fees, selecting bi-directionally and selecting employment initiatively, university employment distribution and employment guiding change a lot, also guiding thinking,work method,work importance change very much. Unified distribution changes into selecting employment initiatively and employment guiding. Related department changes its role from administration to service on university graduates'employment guiding.The government strives for enlarging employment channel, at the same time, every university carries out many ways and methods to improve successful rate of graduates'employment. But, in reality, our graduates'employment guiding starts from 1990s, the time is very short, employment guiding is essential and important work, though we accumulate many experiences, and gain many achievements, we lack of correct knowledge and understanding to the employment guiding, so only creative study can do good to mitigate graduates'pressures and realize optimization arrangement of human resources in our country.This paper from five aspects explores the necessity,importance,feasibility of new mode building about graduates'employment guiding and the basic content of new mode.This paper first introduces the theories of university graduates'employment guiding and the origin from the practice, the historical changes of employment guiding in our country: introducing,interruption,recovering and explosion's development, and to stimulate the social background. In it, the third central meeting of 11th session and education meeting in 1999 become the most key turning point, propose the deep earth and cause the important impact about the changes of university graduates'employment guiding mode from economy, society,system, etc.The second part, I analyze the present situation for our university graduates'employment. This paper analyzes the big pressure of employment,out-of-balance of industry,barrier function,short of ration of enterprise,professional courses and training mode of university education unfit social development,selection conception and selection capability,the impact of the six factors to the difficult reality of university graduates'employment pressures, and then propose that we must change,creative,think to fit the work of university graduates'employment guiding and request of future development from organization,work content,mode of employment guiding and the quality of staff and the professional request.The third part, I analyze university graduates'employment guiding executive department and the working situation of staff from the mode of employment guiding, and the shortcomings in conception,theory,practice. The fourth part, in western countries, they also experience the pressures of university graduates'employment which we think and solve, I analyze and propose the concrete system,ways and methods to solve the pressures of university graduates'employment,and I can absorb nourishment from western countries'successful experiences, in order to propose necessary theories and practical reference for the new idea on our university graduates'employment guiding mode.The fifth part, put forward the new idea which is suitable for the university graduates'employment guiding and the meaning of writing is to cause the active impact of university graduates'employment guiding. Supporting by personnel and finance,changing of concept and system,stressing individual development,strengthening professional training,moving graduates'activity, these are the important content of mode about university graduates'employment guiding. Employment guiding specialists should improve or take revolution in opinions and work thoughts based on the students,studies,career design,and premised in being employed.In conclusion, university graduates'employment guiding must run through the whole university education, it can make the students have the correct study goals, exact striving direction; at the same time, the university should liberate the thoughts, change the concepts, strive for the society joining the employment guiding, foster professional personnel, amplify service organization, consummate the system of new situation, show the student concept"base on the students", change employment guiding from"method guiding"to"profession career", initiate the new situation of university graduates'employment guiding, build the university graduates'employment guiding mode fitting our national conditions ,benefiting graduates'development and satisfying the future request.
