The question of student evaluation is a bottleneck to implement smoothly new curriculum. It is also the core of Education evaluation and a question most educators pay attention to. The traditional student evaluation is static, sealed, forecast and controllable. When the evaluation is carried out, results, forecasting and measurable results are highly emphasized while the processes, uncertainty and valuable thinking of evaluation process are neglected. As a result, subjective initiative, uncertainty and dynamic openness of students are neglected, which hinders students'overall development. The new curriculum reforms requests constructing the student evaluation system for the students'overall development. The fourth national curriculum academic seminar points out that when the curriculum evaluation system is constructed. It will be lead to the chaos theory and the complex science thinking mode, the students'system openness and many Yuan characteristics, unity of the certainty and the uncertainty. With the chaos fundamental research, this study has analyzed the chaos research value, enlightenment which several essential concepts of chaos are delivered to the present student and the reason that chaos theory is applied to the student evaluation system. And student evaluation mode of chaos and its theory hypothesis are put forward in this study. And as a basis, the student evaluation system is constructed for physics teaching in middle schools. By the experiment and analysis, the author put forwards its value of his kind of new evaluation system.The article is divided into seven parts:The First part is introduction: that is, the selected topic reason, the research present situation, the goal and the mentality.The Second part is chaos about its definition, development process basic characteristic and several essential concepts,The third part is the relationship of chaos and the student appraise: This are the characteristic which the present students are appraised, the reason that has caused the malpractice the of the student evaluation, enlightenment which several essential concepts of chaos are delivered to the present student, as well as the reason which the chaos can be applied to the student. The fourth part is about student evaluation of chaos. Proposed the chaos student appraised and has analyzed the reason which proposed and its theory conception.The fifth part is the student evaluation of chaos in physics teaching. It puts forward the evaluation methods such as the physical diary, the work appraisal, the test appraisal, the classroom discussion observed appraisal and the record jacket appraisal. And the study has improved to some evaluation methods of the general significance.The sixth part is confirmation to student evaluation of chaos in physics teaching. And design thought and the method are proved in teaching practice.The seventh part is practice harvest, reconsidering and forecast. And it puts forward the practice success and the insufficiency after it has been carried out. And In this research, several directions are proposed which are worth studying. .
