With the development of education reform in many countries of the world, people gradually realized that teacher holds an important status in the reform of education. They are the important factor in education reform.The purpose of teacher education is to speed up the teacher's professional growth .to improve the level of teachers .so it needs to research the profession growth of teachers. The growth stage of novice teacher is a key period of teacher professional growth .According to the result and prediction of former research,the key period of teacher professional grow is possibly during the first 4 years .This called the stage of novice teacher.In this stage The quality of teacher education will exert important influence on the teacher's professional growth .In an initial stage for teaching,if certain new developmental modes of teachers are adopted,the speed of teacher development will increase. Novice teachers should reflect on the educational theory and practice to adapt to changes.The novice teachers confront the following situations: the role conversion from normal university student to formal teacher; environment change from high school to university campus; managing the relationship between educational theory and practice .Facing these situations,whether the novice teacher can get professional growth or not and how to acquire the profession growth, is the problem that this thesis concerns.Based on human resource theory,the teachers' professional development theory and the professional career cycle theory,. Through to analysis the present of the novice teacher in elementary and junior school in xin jiang, Based on Demonstration studies, give some useful advices for novice teacher, and provide some science basis to improve the teacher's quality in xinjiang.This research divided into four parts:The first part mainly introduced domestic and foreign situation, which studies about the new teacher.The Second part about new teacher's concept limits as well as research rationale.The third part mainly has carried on the investigation and study analysis to the new teacher elementary and junior schools novice teacher's present situation.The fourth part in view of the question which the elementary and junior schools'novice teacher faced. Give some useful way for novice teacher's profession growth.
