Teachers are the foundation of teaching and the source of education.In recent years,"teacher professional specialization","expert teachers" and "teacher professional identity" have gradually become the focus of scholars' general attention."Novice teachers" have just entered the professional career of teachers,and their professional identity of teachers will play a vital role in their future professional growth.Based on the possible influence of self-efficacy on teachers 'professional identity,this study attempts to explore whether teachers' professional identity can be improved from the perspective of enhancing self-efficacy and how to improve it.Through the narrative study of three primary school Chinese teachers,it is found that the high general self-efficacy in self-efficacy helps the novice teachers to form a high self-efficacy,thereby improving the professional identity of novice teachers in primary schools.In addition,former identity is the basis for self-efficacy to affect the professional identity of novice teachers in primary schools;important events are the key to self-efficacy affecting the professional identity of novice teachers in primary schools;reflective thinking is an effective tool for self-efficacy to affect the professional identity of novice teachers in primary schools Inner experience is the mediator of self-efficacy affecting the professional identity of novice teachers in primary schools.Comprehensively analyze the impact of self-efficacy on the professional identity of novice teachers in primary schools.It is suggested to improve self-efficacy in four aspects to promote the professional identity of novice teachers in primary schools:build a reasonable pre-identity and improve the awareness and professional skills of novice teachers in primary schools.;Use key events to promote the active change of novice teachers in primary schools;cultivate introspective thinking and improve the reflective ability of novice teachers in primary schools;improve the mental health support system and provide primary school novice teachers with psychological support.
