Village community is a place for Chinese peasant to live in, but communities in different regions mean different. As a patriarchal clan, Zhu Village is not only a community where people just live in, but also something very meaningful to people's life. In village, although both "Fang Fen" and patriarchal clan play very important role in peoples' life, patriarchal clan dominates all people in Zhu village so as that people have a sense of integrated feeling. From the approval of division of public power, to the revolt to arbitrary authority, then to two committees' conflicts, it is the feature of village that enables authority not to access inside of the village. Although base government has to compromise with the village, this process shows a constant way of the unified village facing with authority outside. Nation's policies are turning around on purpose and trying to set up a new kind of relationship, "state—peasant" but not "state—village". During the process, the role of village community will change due to the decrease of village's role.
