Instruction means unified activities with teacher's teaching and student's learning. Teaching and learning have its independent activities respectively, which cannot be replaced mutually. And simultaneously not separated, they are interrelated and interact on each other mutually in a very complex way. The effective teaching refers to the effective teaching activities with effect and benefit, which aims to promote the student's physical and mental develop, initiative, lively and freely, containing both effective teaching and learning. Since its occurrence, the practitioner and researcher have been provoked to investigate and explore teaching activities by the motivation, doing the teachingbetter—reducing the teaching consume and increasing the teaching production, whichmakes the idea of the effective teaching gestate and develop.The effective teaching mainly is realized through teacher's teaching behavior and student's learning behavior influenced by former. Teacher's teaching behavior has a direct effect on student's learning and teaching effect. Thus it is possible to begin the investigation from the behavioral validity of both teachers and students. As to the research method, literature methodology, the questionnaire survey procedure, the interview laws are suitable in it. This article focuses on the method of inspection and the experience summary.This paper follows such logical mentality: First of all, make the object of study clear- -the question of low efficiency in middle school language teaching, make explicit concepts represented, propose the corresponding questions, and try to find out methods to improve the low effectiveness in Chinese in middle school from the aspect of teaching behavior. Then retrospect and enumerate the related research achievements mainly from the latitudes of teacher's personality characteristic, teachers' teaching behavior, the idea of effective teaching and so on. It points out the defaults of neglecting the study of student's behavior research with affirming the achievements. Afterward the paper goes to the parts of corpus which emphasize on teaching cases, with which the category and characteristic of teaching behavior is analyzed from the two aspects of teaching and learning. Analyze specifically two samples of reading teaching, make compare among different teaching and learning methods and analyze the different teaching effects caused by different teaching behaviors. Finally it sums up some operational behaviors and provides some behavioral suggestions for the teachers and students on the basis of previous analysis.
