In promoting the transformation of classroom teaching methods, schools have adopted innovative teaching models,or borrowed well-known teaching models, and even copied teaching models as actions to respond to curriculum reform. These changes seem to make the classroom look vivid, while the actually progress of the class is slow, the teaching goals cannot be achieved, and only some students participate in teaching activities.Regardless of the innovation of teaching behavior, teachers as the designers of classroom teaching and the guides of teaching activities should have a clear judgment on whether the teaching behavior is effective. This study is based on the observation and reflection of teaching practice. This research is based on the observation and reflection of teaching practice. From the perspective of teaching target consciousness, the purpose is to improve teachers' understanding of effective teaching, enhance the judgment of effective teaching behavior, rationally learn from teaching mode, and avoid falling into classroom teaching inefficiency and invalidity. The status of the classroom will ultimately improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. The goal is the direction of the purpose of the behavior, and the teaching goal is the judgment of the effectiveness of the teaching behavior. Therefore, the teaching goal is consistent with the effective teaching behavior, and the effective teaching behavior is the behavior that contributes to the achievement of the teaching goal.Human behavior is subject to consciousness.Teaching target consciousness is the sensitivity and self-consciousness of teachers to teaching objectives.Only when consciousness and teaching objectives form stable sensitivity and perception can they promote effective teaching behavior. Therefore, the relationship between teaching goal awareness and effective teaching behavior is an important part of this paper. This study takes primary and middle school teachers in Shijiazhuang and Handan areas as the main research object. The literature research method and questionnaire survey method are the main research methods. The empirical research is used to understand the sensitivity of primary and secondary school teachers to teaching objectives and the understanding of effective teaching behavior. Then use spss17.0 software to carry out the difference analysis and regression analysis of the survey results and draw conclusions to provide data support for the effective teaching behavior strategy. The results of the correlation analysis show that the awareness of teaching objectives is significantly related to effective teaching behavior. The results of comparative analysis show that teachers' target consciousness is significantly different in terms of gender, teaching age and professional title, and highly educated graduate teachers are the weakest in target design awareness. The results of regression analysis show that the factors of teaching target consciousness have a high prediction rate for each factor of effective teaching behavior. As a concept of psychology and philosophy, consciousness introduces pedagogical research, opens up new horizons of research, and combines empirical investigations to provide new ideas and inspiration for effective teaching research. This research focuses on teaching practice, the topic is derived from practice, and finally returns to practice, providing inspiration and guidance for teaching practice. The effective teaching behavior improvement strategy from the perspective of teaching goal consciousness is a new attempt to provide teachers with new enlightenment or guidance for specific teaching behaviors.
