Effective teaching behavior is to promote the development of students and the teaching objectives. The effectiveness of teachers’ teaching behaviors affect the effectiveness of classroom teaching level. Studies show that, the educational circles of China have given great attention to the effective teaching, but the research on effective teaching behavior is still insufficient. Research on Chinese effective teaching behavior is just beginning, the construction of the definition of related concepts, system is not perfect, and the lack of effective guidance to the practice. Therefore, this study based on classroom teaching present situation investigation, combined with the theory of effective teaching, effective classroom teaching behavior of middle school Chinese reading theoretical and practical problems are studied.This paper thinks that the effective teaching behavior. This paper holds that the fundamental impetus to the effective teaching behavior is to promote the development of students. It reflects the integration of advanced teaching idea and teaching experience. At the same time also embodies the unification of external and internal education aim teaching behavior target. It is effective, efficient, cost-effective. This further clarify our understanding of effective teaching behavior.This paper constructs the structure elements of classroom effective teaching behaviors of high school Chinese reading. The author mainly according to the investigation of classroom of high school Chinese reading, sorting out the Chinese reading teaching effectiveness of the five key large as analysis object. Including teaching behavior, questioning, training, guidance and evaluation behavior behavior. In this paper, combined with the specific teaching cases, analysis in the classroom teaching in the teaching behavior problems, and points out the effective practices, structural elements are constructed on the basis of the middle school language reading classroom effective teaching behavior.The paper using the methods of literature analysis, from two aspects of internal and external factors, analyzes the factors affecting the effectiveness of teacher’s teaching behavior. The internal factors including teaching concept, teaching ability, teachers’ professional knowledge, the external factor carries on the analysis from three aspects of classroom, school and society.Finally, according to the survey results, this paper proposes some valid strategies to improve the middle school language reading teaching behavior in classroom. Including the creation of the expectation in Chinese reading class, the effective use of teaching time, teachers become the integration of curriculum content,teachers become researchers of teaching behavior.
