A Study On The Vocation Of College Political Instructors

The introductions of "the view of CPC Central Committee and the State Council on further strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students " in 2004, " the opinions of Ministry of Education on strengthening the construction of college instructor " in 2005, and "Ordinary College Instructor Troop Constructs Stipulation" in 2006 mark that the construction of current college instructor troop has entered a new stage. Judging from strengthening the ideological and political education of college students and the the development law of higher education, the college student instructor troop's professionalism is one kind of way that must be taken and chosen inevitably. This paper contains five parts:Under the instruction of the document of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students, and using the basic pedagogy theory of the ideological and political education, the paper approaches the problem of the college student instructor troop's professionalism. The whole paper can be divided into four parts:The first part:review the construction of college instructor troops, sum up the experience of its construction, and on the basis of explaining the idea of professionalism prospect for the college student instructor troop's professionalism.The second part:elaborate the necessity of college instructor professionalism. The college student instructor troop's professionalism is necessary to the development of higher education, necessary to the scientific development of the construction of college instructor troops, inner requirement to solve the problem of constructing college instructor troops, and essential to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students.The third part:discuss the feasibility of college instructor professionalism. The college student instructor troop's professionalism is guaranteed by the development of the displine of ideological and political education guarantees, ensured by the nation's measures concerned, and draws lessons from the other countries' experience on this specific field.The last part:propose the way to construct college instructor professionalism. This paper discusses from three aspects: the realiziation of college instructor professionalism ,the constructing the mechanism of college instructor professionalism, and the specialized construction of college instructor.
