With the coming of the learning society and knowledge-based economy age, the action of the situation of children's right to education plays a more and more important role to their growth. Nowadays, the right to education is heading for the right to study gradually, the possession of children's rights to education should be promoted from the level of having chance to go to school to high degree of enjoying education of what quality, how to take and grow up healthily or not. Concretely speaking, it concerns whether each child can share the same happy growth with the other children through the way of education. However, in real life, compared with the other children, there are a number of problems in the realization of the right to education of left-behind children in rural area . The main manifestation is that children can't grow up healthily due to external factors in the process of being educated, and then their rights to education are damaged. At present, most left-behind children's rights to education only stay on the level of having chance to go to school, even some of them are in the predicament of unable to go to school, so to speak, left-behind children in rural area enjoy the insufficient, low-level right to education, and there are severe shortage in fact.Realizing the right to education tangibly concerns left-behind children growing up healthily and the process of the rural reform , which has further influence to the harmonious society. At present, the mechanism of system is still incomplete, material guarantee is remain insufficient the guarantee measures are unspecific and unallocated fully and so forth in left-children's enjoying of rights to education in vast rural area. In the process of building harmonious society, we must bring education problems of left-behind children to the general objective of fundamental education's development from the law and the system totally and set up the sound mechanism including security from family, school and society.By researching the present conditions of left-behind children's violated rights to education and factors concerned, the paper probes into that how to guarantee left-behind children's rights to education from the viewpoint of establishing the reasonable mechanism, so as to realize left-behind children's rights to education fully. The paper falls into three parts. The first part defines the left-behind children and analyzes the present situation of their rights to education with the characteristics of children's rights to education in compulsory education. The second part discusses the theoretical account of the realizing and damaging of right to education, analyzes the present conditions and the cause of the damaging of left-behind children's rights to education with the practice, and expounds the present situation of guaranteeing the left-behind children's rights to education. The third part probes into how to set up the mechanism of left-behind children's rights to education with the practice.
