There is a huge disadvantaged group of Left-behind children,which has always been highly concerned by the whole society.Solving the education problem is not only economic problem,but also social and political problem,which concerns the long-term stability and development of society.This is our common responsibility.Government should play a leading role,pay attention to education of children left-behind,increase financial resources and energy,strengthen education management,improve the working mechanism,expand the teaching staff,improve teaching conditions,seek institutional breakthrough,accelerate the integration of urban and rural school.In the paper,from the government point,it adopts the research methods of literature,data access,research,survey,field investigation and interview,etc.Through the investigation and analysis problems of the left-behind children in area Luzhou city SiChuan province A(referred to as A District in the paper),The basic situation of education of left-behind children and the current situation of school education and management,and found the bottleneck problems in the macro-level,memo-level and microcosmic level in the process of government supervision of left-behind children in A district,such as the imperfection of national social system,Lack of energy,the school's attention and management are not in place and so on.At the same time,find out the reasons that affect the healthy growth of left-behind children,and from the macroscopic,median level,micro-level three levels of targeted to explore some countermeasures,such as through the reform of the existing system to eliminate institutional barriers,To increase the local government financial capital investment and improve the long-term mechanism of education of left-behind children to play the leading role of the government,by actively exploring the new management and education of children left behind new ways and strengthen school supervision of children left to play the main school Channel role.the government will take effective measures to strengthen the supervision of the children left behind,effectively solve the education problem of left-behind children,to minimize the students with learning disabilities,and cultivate the interest of children,happy,equal and harmonious growth environment,to promote the healthy development of children left behind,and even promote the healthy development of rural education for the building of a harmonious society and building a new socialist countryside qualified personnel training purposes.
