This research studies the job burnout and organizational justice of 258 RE. teachers in colleges and universities in some provinces of our country. The questionnaire of organizational justice is conducted by Niehoff & Moorman(1993), which adopted the score of Likert 5-points.The job burnout questionnaire is MBI-ES (The Maslach Burnout Inventor Educators Survey, MBI-ES for short). MBI-ES adopted the score of Likert 7-points. The instruments are tested credibly and validly.The structural equation modeling (SEM) is adopted to analyze the structure models of job burnout and organizational justice. Statistical tool of SPSS is adopted to analyze the investigation results by correlation and regression. The purpose of the present research is to explore the actuality, the impacting factors of job burnout and the relationship between job burnout and organizational justice for the teachers.The brief results of the study are as following:First, SEM shows that RE. teacher organizational justice includes three factors; RE. teacher job burnout includes three factors.Second, a lot of RE. teachers' job burnout level is high, and organizational justice level is low.Third, there are significant differences on organizational justice and job burnout according to the teachers' gender and education level.
