Accompanied with the development of Chinese revolution and openness, the activity of English study keeps higher and expanded. Therefore, there exists great opportunity on English training market. On the other hand, the market also faces strong competition. Lanzhou new English first language training centre is a franchised teaching institute under the EF Education Group, an internationally famous education group. EF Education Group is now changing its strategy. Lanzhou new English first language training Centre, facing the opportunity and challenge, and reality and development, imminently needs to carefully examine its development direction, and formulate and implement scientific and competitive tactics in an effort to lead the company developing in a sustained and healthy way.With five forces model of competitive analysis, external factor evaluation matrix, internal factor evaluation matrix, and SWOT matrix analysis model on Lanzhou new English first language training centre inner environment and the whole Lanzhou English training market. The central purpose is to, by use of theoretic method, analyze and solve practical issues occurred in the course of enterprise'operation and development.Through the analysis and study, based on known-brand tactics, the paper develops a competitive tactics of multicultural management, differentiation and revolution.
