Teacher's Incentive Mechanism And Countermeasure In Our Ordinary Colleges

The thesis researched teacher's incentive mechanism and countermeasure in our ordinary colleges. First, the thesis expatiated study's background, purpose and significance, introduced study's thought, method and relative basic incentive theory. Second, the thesis studied the current situation of teacher's incentive in our colleges, compared domestic and international, and obtained many implications. Third, the thesis introduced general thought and principle of constructing teacher's incentive mechanism in our colleges, studied some higher school actually in Harbin, heilongjiang by the application of the present incentive theory's synthesis model and reached corresponding conclusion. Finally, on the basis of these, the thesis presented countermeasure of perfecting teacher's incentive mechanism in our colleges that included setting up the idea of people-oriented scientific development view; building the guiding incentive system including target incentive, expectation incentive and attribution incentive; perfecting the employment measure on the purpose of improving teacher's job satisfaction, exploding teacher's enthusiasm and restraining teacher's bad behaviors; enhancing control in incentive process and so on.
