The Study On Talents Cultivation Of Female College Students With Educational View

With deepening reform of the higher education and the improvement of the education received by women, the number of the female college students increases year by year. They who are the youngest and most energetic groups among intellectual women show strong desire for becoming useful persons, but it is difficult to realise their aim in modern society. In this process, besides the common features of the college students, female college students have their own values,craftsmanship based on certain knowledge,psychology as well as career. In the discuss, the article is studied under the construction of Marxism, absorbing some results of the research of sociology,psychology and education. The essay mainly discusses the development of the female college students and how they can cultivate talents. First of all, it starts with the analysis of the basic conception that what "talent" is, and through analyzing the talent view of modern society, to draw forth the conception of "talents cultivation of female college students" and the content as well. Last but not least, the article has creatively proposed the method of "4-self and 4-emphasis" on female college students' becoming useful persons and aims to reinforce the relationship between female college students and society, encourage them to face the society and find the way of self-development and self-realization.
