Female students of the agricultural and forestry colleges, because they have learned in aprofessional learning environment, causes them to become a special group in the job market,as the girls, they are because of their physiological conditions and social role of reason, in ourcurrent labor market structural excess of the era, their employment situation is more grim. Asagricultural and forestry colleges students, they learned professional, mostly related toagriculture, agro-industry development in China is relatively backward, Graduates'Employment opportunities have been relatively small, the employment of female universitystudents in related fields is more difficult. Therefore, female students of the career values,concern, concerned about their professional values and attitude, has very importantsignificance for improving the agricultural professional education, to promote theemployment of female graduates of agricultural and forestry colleges.Professional values education and the characteristics of the times is closely linked Therefore,in the current social conditions, our professional values education should be closely aroundthe reality of China's modernization, the theory of Marxism-Leninism as the guide, combinedwith China's characteristics, core values system as a guide, to promote the education of theFemale Students' Professional Values.Professional values education as an important part of the ideological and political education inthe research process, the socialist core value system as a guide, combined with the methods,means and content of ideological and political education, and basic theory of education,psychology conducted a survey of the Northwest A&F University Women Students'Professional Values education and vocational values the status quo, the use of the Ning Wei Wei Vocational Values Inventory questionnaire and revised the previous survey, the total scoremethod, according to the scores, assess the problem and Female Students 'Professional Valueseducation, and female college students to obtain professional values education material way,to explore an effective model of the Female Students' Professional ValuesEducation. SPSS13.0software after a questionnaire, analysis of the questionnaire, analysis ofthe characteristics of the female students of different professional career values. On this basis,the analysis of the status of the professional values of the female students of agricultural andforestry colleges.Through the analysis of the questionnaire, we believe that, for Female Students 'ProfessionalValues Education in the following problems: First, recognize the special nature of the femalestudents of the agricultural and forestry colleges; failed to respect students' sense of the mainbody of professional values education; The teaching method is more simple, still basedguided-based reasoning, can not adapt to the increasing student demand for practice; paidinsufficient attention to the role in the formation of the network environment on students'professional values, five failed to fully mobilize the campus, family society threeenvironments in the values of culture synergy.Female Students 'Professional Values education exists in the above problems, combined witha humanistic education human constructivist teaching theory and cognitive theory inpsychology theory, put forward specific proposals: First, respect for the students' subjectivesense of professional values combined with the formation of law, strengthen the role ofpractice and training in the formation of the Women Students' Professional Values, to reformthe current classroom teaching methods, increase the simulation practice in the classroom,role-playing, discussion, debate, etc., and enhance the classroom interesting and practical, toreduce morally. Meanwhile, the construction of the campus environment and familyenvironment of professional values, the effective use of the social environment, to promotethe formation of professional values; On this basis, making full use of the mechanism ofpsychological counseling, group counseling and individual counseling combining to enhancestudents' mental toughness, to cultivate the students' professional values.
