Research On The Cultivation Of Female College Students' Consciousness Of Safeguarding Rights

With the continuous development of our country democracy rule of law society,female college students' rights and legal awareness have been greatly improved compared with the past,but there are still some female college students lack of legal knowledge and weak rights awareness of safeguarding rights.For a long time,the violation of the rights of female college students has been happening constantly,which is not only related to social consciousness,legal environment,and personal self-defense consciousness,but also related to the strength of female college students' awareness of safeguarding rights.In the nineteen major reports,general secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that "improving the legal literacy and moral quality of the whole nation",As a reserve force for the future socialist rule of law,female college students' consciousness of safeguarding rights is a direct response to the awareness of the rule of law of female college students.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the consciousness of safeguarding rights of female college students.This article takes female college students as a special group as the research object,and takes the female college students 'awareness of safeguarding rights as the research content,on the basis of existing research results,this paper explores the current situation of female college students' consciousness of safeguarding rights through empirical investigation.This article mainly starts from the following six parts on the cultivation of female college students' consciousness of safeguarding rights :In the first part,this is the introductory part of this article,in this part,it mainly elaborate on the topic selection background and the significance of the topic,combing integrates the domestic and foreign scholars on female college students legal awareness of relevant research achievements,and has made the summary and evaluation,it also explain the research ideas and methods of this article,and finally discuss the innovations and deficiencies of this paper.In the second part,this is the theoretical basis of this paper,this part mainlydefines related the concepts female college students' consciousness of safeguarding rights,expounds the theoretical basis of female college students' consciousness of safeguarding rights,and analyzes and summarizes the theoretical basis of the cultivation of female college students' consciousness of safeguarding rights.In the third part,mainly is to investigate the current situation of female college students' rights consciousness,according to the results of female college students' rights consciousness questionnaire survey statistics,based on the analysis of the rights of female college students vulnerable types and characteristics of the consciousness of female college students and summarizes the current positive tendency and existing problems.In the fourth part,according to the current situation of female college students' awareness of safeguarding their rights and the problems of their consciousness of safeguarding their rights,the author makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the causes of the problems of female college students' consciousness of safeguarding their rights from five dimensions of female college students themselves,college education,family education,laws and regulations,and the social environment of female rights protection.In the fifth part,according to the causes of the problems of female college students' consciousness of safeguarding their rights,the author puts forward the corresponding cultivation path of female college students' consciousness of safeguarding their rights from five aspects: female college students themselves,family,colleges,laws and regulations and social environment.In the sixth part,conclusion,this part of the content of this paper is a comprehensive overview and summary.
