Our country is mainly fed on agriculture. The problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers have great influences on the revolution and modernization. The stableness of the country depends on the stableness of the countryside; the modernization of the country depends on the modernization of the countryside. To fulfill the great aim, it is necessary to maintain a constant development of agriculture and countryside economy. From 1990s', the marketable operation of agriculture accelerates the development of the agricultural industrialization. One of the characteristics of agricultural industrialization is the self-organization of farmers. The process of agricultural industrialization actually is the process of developing the farmers' economy organization. To up the level of agricultural industrialization, it is important to up the competitiveness of the farmers' economy organization. My opinion is, because of the knowledge economy background, farmers' economy organization is actually a learning organization. To up the competitiveness, it is important to up the members' manpower capital quality. Besides thebasic education, agricultural vocational education is also a key way to raise the competitiveness of farmers' economy organization. So, with the development of farmers' economy organization, a question which is worth researching is how to raise the members' manpower capital quality, even the market competitiveness by vocational education.This paper considers the farmers' economy organization as a learning organization under the knowledge economy background. By the theory of the manpower capital, it considers the agricultural vocational education as the most important way to raise the competitiveness of farmers' economy organization. It also points out the main types and characters of farmers' economy organization and how to raise the competitiveness by agricultural vocational education. From the experience of foreign countries, it puts forward the effective ways to develop the farmers' economy organization.The main contents are as following:1.Foreword. First, it puts forward the problems, and tries to illustrate the background and the value of this research. It is believed that the agricultural vocational education can raise the competitiveness of farmers and help the farmers to go into the market; as a result, it can raise the competitiveness of agriculture industry. The next step is literature expatiation. It analyses the literature of farmers' economy organization and agricultural vocational education. The last is the frame of research.2.The theory analyze of agricultural vocational education. It considers the farmers' economy organization as a learning organization. Based on this, it also studies the manpower capital theory, agricultural vocational education theory, and it explains the relationship between the farmers' economy and agricultural education.3.It refers to the foreign, such as Japanese, American, agricultural vocational education, which are some hints to our countries.4.Analyze the agricultural vocational education in the farmers' economy organization. Based on the real situation of farmers' economy organization, it proves that the agricultural vocational education is the best way to up the economy organization.5.Conclusion and proposal. Based on the research, it puts forward the best way to improve the agricultural vocational education and develop the farmers' economy organization.
