Farmers' distance education is one of the important means to revitalize the countryside,improve agricultural productivity and farmers' income,and narrow the gap between urban and rural knowledge and technology.Before and after 2008,most provincial and municipal governments in China actively carried out a variety of farmers' distance education in the form of radio and television,network distance education and other forms.After more than ten years of efforts,a relatively complete set of agricultural technology,labor technology distance education system has been basically established.As a result of the implementation of long-distance education for farmers,some farmers have mastered certain science and technology to increase their family income.However,whether the effect of the implementation of distance education has reached farmers' satisfaction and whether there are various problems in the implementation process still need further discussion and scientific evaluation.To this end,the status quo of the implementation of distance education for farmers as the starting point,the implementation of distance education for farmers to evaluate the effectiveness of the analysis of its existing factors,for better development proposals have a positive role.This paper uses the method of literature research to interpret modern vocational education theory,farmer education and training theory,distance education theory,education evaluation theory,and combs the relevant research results on farmer distance education at home and abroad,providing a reference for this study,using the method of field investigation.Questionnaires were sent out to Party members and cadres,large farming households and ordinary peasants to investigate the implementation of long-distance education for farmers in Hunnan District of Shenyang City.Through the satisfaction of farmers with long-distance education,the restrictive factors of the current long-distance education for farmers in Hunnan District of Shenyang City were discussed and summarized and suggestions were put forward.The conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)In the process of implementing remote education for peasants in Hunnan District of Shenyang City,there are some differences in the demands of peasants' policy knowledge,ideology,labor production skills and large-scale operation.(2)In the survey of farmers' satisfaction with the work of distance education,grassroots Party organizations have been affirmed by the farmers in terms of their performance in distance education,the construction of teaching resources,the allocation and operation of equipment and the application of learning results.The method of distance education meets the actual needs of rural farmers in Hunnan District.However,in terms of logistic support services in distance education,farmers' satisfaction is low because of insufficient funds,slow update of educational content and single teaching evaluation.From the perspective of the change of farmers' income after participating in distance education,the growth rate of farmers' income in areas with poor agricultural economic conditions is larger,while that in areas with better agricultural economic conditions is smaller,which further illustrates that farmers' income gap can be narrowed through distance education.Based on the investigation and analysis of the implementation of farmers' distance education in Hunnan District of Shenyang City,this paper puts forward some suggestions in three aspects: fund guarantee,teaching content and teaching evaluation.
