Schools are the main places where the education is put into practice, especially at the present time the social develops with high speed suddenly. During the period, grasping the law of the vicissitude and making the experience and lessons clear can point a standard and healthy direction for the school.Xing-yang high school is one of the tens and thousands of schools in china. After the Cultural Revolution, the process of its vicissitude represents the process of the whole school education. It has been changed a lot under the influence of local politics, economy, culture and other aspects for 30 years. These changes make it have its own typical characters--being modernized, exterior-forced, market-oriented, selective, and legalized. These characters have a close relation with the socialist market's development. Although there are all kinds of factors that influence the development of Xing-yang high school, the school doesn't consider the students' integrated development to be the key point, but pays more attention to its survival when making plans. Because of too many artificial factors, there are so many complications in the process of vicissitude, such as waste of superior education resources, lack of school's own independent, drop of mutual satisfaction and so on. The hidden danger that prevents tomorrow's school education and the entire local education from moving forwards is laid down. Certainly, these problems are not merely existing in Xing-yang high school they are also commonly existing in the vicissitude of other schools in China.The vicissitude of school education is a long period of time. Only when the school improves itself according to its character, harmonizes the vicissitude and development from all the aspects, gives emphasize on the regulation of its own rule, persists in the idea of the sustainable development path where the tradition and the innovation unify, can we find a better outlet to develop the model of the modern vicissitude of school education.
