The moral education concept for teacher subject is refers to the formation of the individual understanding that the teacher according to his or her own teaching experience. The formation of the moral education concept for teacher subject rests with being conscious of giving full scope to the subject of students' and improving their ability of moral judgment. It also can promote students' maturity of their own moral character's formation. This way is the root of enhancing the actual effect for school moral education.The research of education narrates is that through narrating teacher's education story to excavates the education significance hiding to its behind. These concepts hide behind the stories of the teaching. The students can realize the meaning of the moral education concept for teacher subject though the teachers' explaining of these stories. The research of education narrates is one of a new approach for the research of the moral education concept for teacher subject.This article starts with the problems of researches for. Then, picks up one of teachers to cooperate with us for this attempting and reveals the teacher's teaching activities though his teaching and the course of his growth. At last, on this basis, the author rethinks profoundly to the moral education concept of teacher subject from four aspects. The first aspect is basic point of formation. The second is the corner of the formation. The third is two-way feedback of the formation. The fourth is the target.
