Middle school is the most important period of enlightenment and development of moral education.As the soul of quality education,moral education is the focus in most middle school's education.For middle school's moral education,many experts and scholars at home and abroad provided a lot of new methods and new forms,tutorial system of middle school's moral education is one of them.The tutorial system of moral education solves the embarrassing teaching situation between "teaching" and "educating" in junior high school education for a long time.However,for the implementation of the tutorial system,different middle schools adopt different subjects to become moral tutors,such as head teachers,subject teachers,external teachers and external psychological experts are included in the scope of consideration.Among them,the subject teachers to be the moral education tutor system is currently the most commonly used as a way to promote the harmonious and healthy growth and studying of students,the school will make a lot of moral education goals and tasks assigned to subject teachers,and require teachers to both teach knowledge and educate students,how to weigh the relationship between moral education and intellectual education is the core.However,this approach in practice has shown a low effectiveness problem needs to be solved.This paper summarizes the present research situation at home and abroad respectively.Based on the theories of human development,moral education and self-identity,this research investigated one middle school which has made the implementation of the subject teachers to be the moral tutor system since 2015.According to the statistical data,this paper summarizes the main problems in the work of moral tutors in the target secondary school.And by analyzing the reasons according to these phenomenon and problems,the result finally reveals that the lack of high-quality mentor team,lack of professional moral education methods,the distribution system is irrational,the frequent change of instructors and so on aremajor factors which restrict the effectiveness of this practice.And then by exploring the these factors and reasons,this research finally puts forward some strategies for the improvement of the subject teachers as the instructors of the moral education from three aspects: the policy,the moral education special methods and the moral evaluation.
