Curriculum implementation is an activity turning the curriculum theory into the curriculum practice . And it is a key item which has great impact on the success of the curriculum reform. Teachers are the core of items which impact the curriculum implementation and the subject of the curriculum implementation .Teachers must change themselves to accomplish the curriculum implementation, which is a challenge to teachers and leads to the change of teacher emotions .Teacher emotions are not only the psychological reaction, but are constructed by society and culture. It means that the negative emotions of teachers arise from the situation of the curriculum reform and the reform policy during the process of curriculum implementation. Based on the analysis of previous research on curriculum implementation ,this dissertation employs the method of investigation and literature analysis ,describes and analyses the negative emotions of teachers during the process of curriculum implementation, inquires the sources of the negative emotions of teachers and advances some suggestions of dispelling the negative emotions of teachers .The dissertation consists of six parts:Part one is preface, which gives a brief account of proposing the issue, discussing the aim and significance of the issue. It includes the method of the research and literature summary on curriculum implementation.Part two, the curriculum implementation issues challenge to teachers and the change of the emotion of teachers. It focuses on analyzing the effect of teachers during the process of curriculum implementation and the challenge facing teachers , describing the different emotions of teachers and the course of the emotion change . Part three ,the expression and features of the negative emotions of teachers. It analyses the different negative emotions of teachers ,includes losing enthusiasm and confidant ,tired ,perplexed ,confused ,indifferent and resistant.Part four, the source of the negative emotions of teachers. It includes: the feature of the new curriculum plan ,the habit of the inertia ,the dilemma of the culture ,the shortcoming of professional abilities Jacking effect in the aspect of the train Jacking the support of the auxiliary system and resources.Part five, the suggestions of dispelling the negative emotions of teachers. Based on the previous analysis of the dissertation ,it advances some suggestions : providing a supportive environment ,teacher empowerment and adjusting the new curriculum plan .Part six is the epilogue .
