| With the continuous development of national sports,sports industry and sports culture,sports has become a hot topic and key focus in the education industry.More and more people focus on the healthy development of students’ physical,psychological and moral qualities from learning.Junior high school students are in a special stage of life,adolescence.At this stage,people tend to be rebellious,irritable or unhappy,dominated by negative emotions,with obvious and unstable mood fluctuations.Without intervention and treatment,it is very easy to affect students’ mental health,leading to sub-health status,and then have a negative impact on students’ normal study and life,and even have serious consequences.For junior high school football players,they not only require academic progress,but also suffer from the pressure from training and competition.Therefore,they often have negative emotions in training and competition,and they can not adjust themselves,often showing emotional instability.This paper uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research to investigate the current situation of negative emotions and emotional stability of junior middle school football players in Yanji City,find out the sources of emotional problems affecting junior middle school football players,and give solutions to the corresponding problems.Based on the reading and collation of various literature,this paper collects relevant literature on emotional problems of junior middle school football players.Through the method of questionnaire,this paper investigates the level of negative emotion and emotional stability of junior middle school football players in Yanji City,and discusses the relationship between negative emotion and emotional stability through correlation analysis and regression analysis.Through interviews,we can find out the specific causes of athletes’ emotional problems,and give targeted solutions.By using mathematical statistics,the collected data are analyzed by correlation analysis,regression analysis,independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA.Through data analysis,the data support is provided for this paper.The results are as follows:1.As for the overall situation,the football players in 11 football characteristic schools in Yanji have high negative emotions and poor emotional stability.2.From the perspective of negative emotions,there are significant differences in negative emotions among athletes of different grades,and grade 1 >grade 2 >grade 3.There are significant differences in the negative emotions of athletes in different schools,and the negative emotions of Korean football characteristic schools are less than that of Han football characteristic schools.3.From the perspective of emotional stability,the higher the score of emotional stability,the worse the stability.Athletes of different grades have significant differences in emotional stability.The score is grade 1 >grade 2 >grade 3.There are significant differences in the emotional stability of athletes in different schools,and the negative emotional problems of Korean football characteristic schools are less than those of Han football characteristic schools.4.From the correlation analysis and regression analysis,we can know that the negative emotion and emotional stability of campus football players show a significant positive correlation in scores.That is,the higher the score of negative emotion,the higher the score of emotional stability.Because positive scoring is adopted for emotional stability,the higher the score,the worse the stability.Therefore,the more negative emotions,the worse the emotional stability.Negative emotions have significant predictive ability for emotional stability.5.From the analysis of the interview results,there are five major factors that affect the negative emotion and emotional stability of campus football players,which are:family factors,school factors,football team factors,coaches factors and players’ own factors.6.Among the adjustment countermeasures of negative emotion and emotional stability of campus football players,this paper selects five adjustment strategies applicable to the research object,namely,simulation training method,mindfulness training method,emotional expression method,breathing relaxation method and music relaxation method. |
