Emotion reaction is an important psychological phenomenon, which plays an important role in humans' psychological and practical activities. Regulation of emotion is the development and continuation of research on the nature of emotion. In particular, anxiety which has a great effect on athletes ,is the front-line subject and the hot topic at present in the field of emotion research .Relaxation training is one of the important methods for athletes to regulate emotion, and the basis of psychological training .However, recently in the field of sports psychology ,the research on relaxation training becomes less, the theory develops slowly, the method is lack of innovation, he research on mechanism has no breakthrough, and the result of research has gradually reduces. It may be said that the study and application of relaxation training has made little progress. On the basis of reviewing the methods for relaxation training methods and the development of the research, the study proposes the direction and subject of relaxation training for further study, analyzes and selects different psychological training methods, explores their effect on reducing athletes' state anxiety, and lays a foundation for a new-round research in the field of sports psychology .Based on the research on the analysis of documents ,the study selects and revises three different kinds of relaxation training methods. By way of CSAI-2 scale ,the testees,i.e. the professional athletes ,who are in the wrestling team, recreation bouncer team, and sanda team of Chongqing city, are tested ,in order to find the effects of different psychological relaxation training methods on the state anxiety level of the testees.The research divides 121 professional athletes in the the Wrestling team, Recreation bouncer team, sanda team of Chongqing city,and arranges them to receive training and be tested,on three conditions ,i.e. meditation, autogenic training ,and breathing exercise. The result is as follows.(1) Three different methods for relaxation training has an obvious regulating effect on athletes' cognitive anxiety and state confidence.(2) The regulating effects of different relaxation methods on athletes'anxiety level are obviously different .The effect of breathing relaxing training on athletes' cognitive anxiety is far better than that of autogenic training;the effect of breathing relaxation training and autogenic training on regulating athletes' state confidence is far better than that of meditation training; the effect of breathing relaxing training on athletes' state confidence is far better than that of autogenic training.(3) In regard to Wrestling team, breathing exercise is better than meditation,and autogenic training.(4) In regard to Sanda, meditation is better than breathing exercise.
