Objects:This research mainly study the influence that the yoga relaxation technique for Blood urea nitrogen(BUN)/Creatine Kinase(CK)and Testosterone(T)in the blood of man Wushu athletes.By the change of the three indicators Showed that yoga relaxation can help recover the body function level of Wushu athletes,provided the reference for coaches and other provincial sports teams and city Wushu team below the provincial level,yoga relaxation technique which can be promoted as a way to relax Wushu athletes.Methods:Man Wushu athletes of Shandong province as the research object in this research,according to the design of experiment,the 20 man Wushu athletes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in the two groups after the project and the grades crossed,each group has ten people,experimental group was intervened with yoga relaxation for 12 weeks.Testing and recording the numerical value of the BUN and CK and testosterone T in blood on Monday before the experiment(T1),after 4 weeks(T2),8weeks(T3)and 12 weeks(T4).Statistical analysis use repeated measurement methods analysis,independent sample t-test and paired sample T test.The experimental group and control group on the whole use repeated measurement methods analysis,the difference between groups use independent sample T test,multiple comparison at different time points use paired sample T test.Results:1.In the overall test results show that the experimental group,the change of BUN(F=12.166,P=0.000**)and CK(F=22.241,P=0.000**)and testosterone T(F=19.895,P=0.000**)in the athlete blood are very significant difference after 12 weeks yoga relaxation to the experimental group athletes(p < 0.01).In the control group,the change of BUN(F=0.435,P=0.729)and CK(F=0.869,P=0.469)and testosterone T(F=0.912,P=0.364)in the athlete blood had no significant difference.2.The numerical value of the BUN analysis results:the experiment group exceed the control group before the experiment(T1)(p=0.875).The experimental group under the control group after the fourth week(T2)(p=0.169).The experimental group under the control group after the eighth week(T3)(p=0.193).The experimental group under control group after the twelfth week(p=0.013*).In the experimental group,T2 under T1(p=0.001**);T3under T1(p=0.004**);T4under T1(p=0.000**);T3under T2(p=0.838);T4under T2(p=0.019**);T4under T3(p=0.015*).In the control group,T2 under T1(p=0.839);T3under T1(p=0.569);T4under T1.(p=0.421);T3under T2(p=0.590);T4 under T2(p=0.455);T4 under T3(p=0.716).3.The numerical value of the CK analysis results:the experiment group exceed the control group before the experiment(p=0.840).The experimental group under the control group after the fourth week(p=0.058).The experimental group exceed the control group after the eighth week(p=0.036*).The experimental group exceed control group after the twelfth week(p=0.009**).In the experimental group,T2 exceed T1(p=0.001**);T3 exceed T1(p=0.001**);T4 exceed T1(p=0.001**);T3 exceed T2(p=0.016*);T4 exceed T2(p=0.022*);T4 exceed T3(p=0.37).In the control group,T2 exceed T1(p=0.744);T3 exceed T1(p=0.095);T4 exceed T1(p=0.651);T3 exceed T2(p=0.018*);T4 exceed T2(p=0.757);T4 under T3(p=0.432).4.The numerical value of the testosterone T analysis results:the experiment group under the control group before the experiment(p=0.974).The experimental group under the control group after the fourth week(p=0.265).The experimental group under the control group after the eighth week(p=0.194).The experimental group under control group after the twelfth week(p=0.010*).In the experimental group,T2 under T1(p=0.011*);T3 under T1(p=0.001**);T4 under T1(p=0.000**);T3under T2(p=0.527);T4 under T2(p=0.009**);T4under T3(p=0.004**).In the control group,T2 under T1(p=0.509);T3 under T1(p=0.232);T4under T1(p=0.371);T3 under T2(p=0.683);T4 under T2(p=0.754);T4 exceed T3(p=0.754).Conclusion:1.Yoga relaxation technique makes for enhancing the exercise load adaptive capacity of Wushu athletes,relieve fatigue state.Yoga relaxation technique makes for improving the body recovery ability of Wushu athletes.Yoga relaxation technique makes for improving the functional status of Wushu athletes.2.Using Yoga relaxation to restore relaxation to achieve the desired effect.requires longterm adherence.
