Sports team is an important part of school sports,basketball is the school sports team is the focus of the project,along with the student movement level enhances unceasingly,the college sports teams compete more and more intense,the basketball game against fierce,college players in the game to bear huge pressure and psychological pressure.Training load,the competition pressure is big wait for a characteristic requirements of college athletes have a high bearing capacity,if the student's psychological often bear big load and lack of timely recovery,will lead to decreased exercise capacity,and even the emergence of pathological conditions,will lead to severe sports career ended,after the legacy of psychological problems the next game and directly affect their physical and mental health:The school sports team coaches only pay attention to before the game and game psychological training,often ignore the psychological recovery after the game.In fact,before and after the game 's psychological adjustment are mut-ual connection,mutual restrict,continuous cycle.In foreign countries,research in sports psychology,mental relaxation training has become a research hotspot,in domestic about mental relaxation training in theory only some literature refers to,and on the aspects of experimental rarely,but not really used to training.This study aimed to explore the psychological relaxation training on college basketball team of college athletes heart rate and mood effects,and after training to increase mental adjustment in the experimental group and the 'control group did not increase psychological adjustment between the characteristics and the differences between summed up after the athletes;psychological problems;psychological development of college sports teams of relaxation training scheme;the initial formation of college sports teams of mental relaxation training theory.Study subjects were from five universities in Xingtai,men,women's basketball school team,:a total of 100 people.Among them,the male athlete of 50 people,average age of(19.7 ± 1.25)years old,professional training period(3.2±1.59)years;female athlete of 50 people,average age of(19.5 ±1.14)years old,professional training period(2.8±1.32)years.100 students in 20 grade two athletes,were no relaxation training experience.Subjects were randomized,50 were the experimental group,control group 50.The research for the duration of the experiment of around.During this time,all subjects to the same training content,time and intensity,according to unified make good training plan training.Every.Monday to Friday in the training,each time after the end of the training,the control group was 15 minute routine physical relaxation and 20 minutes of meditation,the experimental group performed 15 minute routine physical relaxation and 20 minutes of psychological adjustment.Training load using heart rate measurements to monitor.During the experiment;,each measuring wake up the morning.after the heart rate,after training and psychological adjustment after the immediate heart rate.The state of mind of the measurement for a week as a stage,the measured time choice in each Friday's training and psychological adjustment after the end of the.The state of mind of POMS scale for students of psychological measurement,the data obtained are studied.In the present experiments using the finger clamp measurements of heart rate,profile of mood state using a simple type POMS scale,subjects according to the last week of each word to make their own judgments.Research findings:(1)psychological relaxation training can be effectively reduced after training on the heart rate,from the physical to alleviate university student athletes after training caused by fatigue phenomenon.Relaxation training effect can be extended to the very next day morning,is helpful to college athletes with full of emotion into the classroom learning and training,effectively improve the learning efficiency and the effect of training.(2)mental relaxation training is beneficial to the state of mind of tension,anger,fatigue,confusion four negative factors to reduce,make students athletes' bad mood as soon as possible to return to peace.Mental relaxation training for college athletes energy and self-esteem of two active factors to improve college athletes,positive state of mind to get rapid improvement,to be full of go,confident in good condition.Positive psychological state contributes to the very next day of college athletes with good mental state into the classroom learning and training,so as to improve their learning efficiency and the effect of training.(3)psychological relaxation training than quiet rest on college basketball players after the match and training fatigue recovery effect is more obvious.Suggestions of college sport team in the training in the future to join the relaxation training links,physiological relaxation and mental relaxation combined,make students sports fatigue can be fast,effective recovery,reduce as far as possible due to fatigue caused by all kinds of psychological problems of university students,improve the athletes' psychological health level,for the long-term development of college sport team good foundation.
