Examination is a valid measure in teaching, it plays an important effect in teaching course. Generally people only think much of the results of examination, not much of the analysis of the results of examination and integrate evaluation of the examination. According to the modern educational technologies of Educational Measurement and Educational Statistics, dealing with the results of examination can help us completely understand, evaluate the examination and feed back the information of propositions of examination, it is important to innovate the teaching methods and promote the teaching quality. Evaluating the examination refers to mathematics, Educational Statistics and so on. The workload of evaluation of examination is enormous. Because its expressions are complex, data are various, students'amount is huger with the recent school enlarging. Study of Examination Evaluation System is the emphasis of the paper.This paper studies two sides of Examination Evaluation System in theory and realization. In theoretic study, the paper starts from the basic data, students'scores, introduces the concepts of the general indexes of count the students'scores, such as average score, maximal score, minimum score, whole difference, middle-position number, popular number, standard deviation and related meaning of evaluating examination quality, then introduces the methods of testing the normal distribution and discusses the statistics methods of the difficulty, discernment, reliability, validity. In realization, the paper realize the Examination Evaluation System in words, charts, graphs using PHP in PostgreSQL in the Linux system. In the end we test the normal distribution making use of the scores of students'special courses of College of Computer and Information Engineering. To evaluate the examination quality, the paper calculate the four degree according to theory methods, conclude the examination of Database Principle is good. The paper test all the content validity of equiz courses.
