Intermittent hypoxic training is one kind of method of the simulation plateau training. Its application also is a rich experience and a development to the traditional plateau training. Nowadays, the intermittent low oxygen training method has widely applied in each place of the world, and has obtained the good practical effect. But the research is very few to carry on the intermittent low oxygen training to the identical individual, identical training pattern at different height.Take male rat SD as experiment marriage partner, run with medium intensity load train way to build intermittent hypoxic the model training. Require that the random divides the rat into normoxia control group, normoxia training control group, 2000m group, 3000m group, 4000m group according to the experiment. Every group rats handles (4 weeks in total) in giving corresponding exerting a factor, the broken end puts to death after the endeavour exhausts a nature in running run on the stage, determine every group rat myocardial MDA,SOD,T-AOC,LDH,SDH,ATP ase,liver organization and share quadriceps candy are original, myocardial mitochondria Ca2+ ,myocardial ultrastructure. Results of the experiment:(1) After four weeks of intermittent hypoxic training, the weights of every group rats have no apparent sense. That means the experiment has no effect to the increase of the rats weights.(2)Intermittent hypoxic training by simulation of different heights may improve Hb, and then improve oxygen motion capability. It shows by the postponing time of the rats exhausting.(3) intermittent hypoxic training improves rat myocardial SOD,T-AOC activity , reducing MDA and improves myocardial mitochondria Ca2+ moving ability and ATP enzyme activity. The result shows obviously resisting lipid peroxidation and enhancing the ability of eliminating a free radical.(4) Intermittent hypoxic training can improve obviously myocardial having oxygen metabolize enzyme LDH,SDH activity, and improve making use of oxygen to organize. Thereby it raises airframe having oxygen metabolize capability. Rat liver glycogen, myocardial glycogen decreases obviously, showing it can increase the carbohydrate reserve of white rats to guarantee the supply of energy to central nervous system and muscles, and to delay exercise-induced fatigue. So it can promote exercise performance.(5) Increasing along with the altitude above sea level, the intermittent hypoxic training possibly can gradually reduce the damage of the cardic muscle ultrastructure. The big rat cardic muscle function possibly gradually has the compatible change under the 3000m intermittent hypoxic training. Conclusion: The intermittent hypoxic training causes the organism to produce the stronger function of elimination of free radical and the anti- lipin peroxidati6n. Simultaneously enhances the organism to have the ability of having oxygen metabolism and ability of the blood transporting the oxygen, and increases the liver glycogen and the cardie muscle glycogen reserve. It enhances the cardie muscle line grain of body Ca2+ transportation activity and the ATP enzyme activity; and possibly reduces the cardiac muscle ultra structure damage. At the same time increasing along with the altitude above sea level, the intermittent hypoxic training function presents the enhancement tendency. But if surpassing 3000m height, its function slightly drops. Through the above various targets test, the overall indicates the simulation of the 3000m height intermittent hypoxic training is the most suitable training pattern.
