The Campus Cultural Construction Problems And The Countermeasure Study On Panjin Elementary School

This paper deals with five representative elementary school of Panjin. Using research and conversation etc. as research methods. The article analysised four problems on the material cultural construction, the system cultural construction, the activity cultural construction and the spirit cultural construction. Finding out problems on above four aspects in Panjin Elementary school at present. The reasons are as follows: the educational fund investment system is unreasonable, the exploration and practice is not enough, the whole construction consciousness of campus cultural construction is shallow, the function of the campus cultural construction is neglected and so on. On the basis of consulting document research, investigations and summarizing, the thesis considered measures of improving cultural construction in elementary school campus from the theory and practice sides. Namely, keep firmly to the correct guiding ideology of the campus cultural construction, set up a big strategic point of view of the campus cultural construction, construct funds support system of the elementary school campus cultural construction, build the good campus material culture environment, improve each management systems, organize comprehensive and reasonable campus culture activity, strengthen the spirit cultural construction of the elementary school, pay great attention to the continuing education of the elementary school teacher.
