Research purpose: In the more than 10 years of campus football development,with the increasing support from the country and the growing domestic football atmosphere,campus football has made great progress.However,there are still many problems in the development process,including The construction of campus football culture is also not perfect.In 2009,Xi'an was identified as the first batch of cities to carry out campus football activities.Among the first batch of football characteristic schools approved in 2015,there were 36 elementary schools.The development of primary school campus football is the foundation of domestic football development,and the construction of campus football culture also plays a very important role.Therefore,studying the construction of campus football culture in Xi'an urban football characteristic primary schools is also representative and worthy of research.Through the research and analysis of the achievements and existing problems in the development process of Xi'an football characteristic elementary school,this paper explores the problems and influencing factors in the development process,and finally puts forward corresponding solutions to provide future Xi'an urban football characteristic elementary schools.Provide a basis for the construction of campus football culture.Research method: This article takes the current situation of campus football culture construction in Xi'an's urban football characteristic primary schools as the research object,and selects Xi'an's Xincheng District,Weiyang District,Lianhu District,High-tech District and Beilin District as the main research areas,with the school leaders of each elementary school,Physical education teachers and students are the subjects of the survey.Using questionnaire survey method,interview method,literature data method and mathematical statistics method,starting from the current situation of the football culture construction on the campus football characteristic elementary school in Xi'an city,the research is carried out from the factors affecting its cultural construction and future development countermeasures.Analysis conclusion:1.The material culture of campus football: the venue is not standard,and the equipment and facilities can meet the demand;the qualifications of football teachers and various practical abilities need to be improved;the investment of funds is not enough;there are few ways to promote football activities.2.Campus football spiritual culture: the students' cognition of campus football culture is not comprehensive;campus football spiritual and cultural goals are composed of six aspects;the football teacher's campus football concept is more comprehensive.3.Campus football system culture: Although the regulations and systems of each school have been established,they are not sound and the enforcement is not high;there is still a small part of the school football work leading group that has not been established.4.Campus football behavior culture:(1)The school team students are mainly composed of fifth and sixth grade students;school leaders and school teachers attach great importance to it;parents' attitudes are not particularly supportive;students are highly motivated;(2)the number of football courses is not up to standard;the teaching mode of football teachers Meet the needs of students;the school has training teams and leagues;the school has football cultural festivals(or cultural weeks)and interest clubs;football teachers often participate in training;(3)the students like or dislike football for various reasons;hinder students from participating in football There are also many reasons.5.Influencing factors: four aspects: comprehensive conditions,football atmosphere,attitudes of related personnel,systems and policies.6.Construction strategy:(1)Implement the policy effectively(2)Improve management rules and regulations,improve campus football mechanism(3)Strengthen and diversify campus football culture propaganda methods and content(4)Upgrade campus football venues and facilities(5)Rationally allocate physical education teachers and allocate campus football teacher funds(6)Enriching the teaching content and forms of football teachers(7)Increasing the investment in campus football activities;(8)Strengthening the reserve of football knowledge for teachers and students;(9)Enriching extracurricular activities and improving quality;(10)Optimize the campus football league system.
