Value outlook is based on the basic needs of the individuals, it is the measure to the importance of the objects. Value outlook is about the summation of the views and opinions of the objects, it can guide the actions of the individuals and colony. This article did an investigation on 149 students in ordinary junior middle school and 79 deaf junior middle school students in special education school, and during the comparison on the value outlook of these students with Rokeach Value Survey, It is found that there are some differences between the ordinary junior middle school students and the special education school students in the following aspects: pursuit of life value, social cognitive degree, individual development and self cultivation emphasis, life attitudes to the transferring society, abilities adapting to the competitive society, mass culture, zero hour of forming value outlook and physiological conflicts during the process of socialization and so on. This article suggests that people should think about the education from social recognition degree, influence source of social factors on form of the value outlook in socialization, its pattern of forming, influenced people and so on, in this way, we can give attention to the long-term benefit and present benefit at the same time in the education process, and achieve the goals of individual's social value and personal aims.
