Information accomplishment is one of the basic accomplishments as citizen in the present society. As information develops, IT has not only been the training of computer technology, but the education of information accomplishment, conforming to social demands. Under the new background, Great change in IT Courses has taken place from course idea to course aim, from course contents to course teaching and course evaluation. This change is both new opportunity and challenge for IT teachers. China has a short history of IT and has not more experience, so there will be many new problems during the enforcements of the new course reformation. IT teachers are being asked to do more research and exploration, accumulate a wealth of experience in practice .The paper proceeds from the degree of evaluating the proposition of examination for the Senior School IT Course, does documents research, sums up experience and problems, combines China's specific conditions, mainly makes a systematic study on the IT Course proposition of written examination.Section I: Introducing the evaluation of the computer science and technology course in Hong Kong where IT was developed earlier and knowing the proposition of written examination of IT Course from courses establishment, education evaluation , evaluation system ,paper structure , test contents, style of proposition , feedback and examples, we will benefits from it and have reflection.Section II: Proceeding from our country's specific conditions, Most of IT Course exams have to be accomplished by written paper in the present periods or a long time. Under the circumstances, first of all, the exact evaluation rules must be made, such as evaluation rules, process rules, humanity rules, realizing three aims.Section III: On the basis of the previous two sections, test types are provided for objective, semi-objective, mini-subjective and subjective and the making of types, meaning of existence, value and comparison will be stated with some examples, full of characteristics of IT Course proposition of exam.Section IV: Stating the problems of proposition and evaluation that should be paid and perfected, which will play an important role in the written proposition of IT Course.
