Research On Web-based Course Design Based On Process Management

As a kind of important teaching resources.Web-based course is one of the preconditions for E-education development and a key point for networ-based education.Based on the current research domestic and abroad this thesis analyzes the problems existed in the Web-based course design.The abilities of self-learning and self management are two important factors in the learner-centered e-learning.It is the effective method for improving Web-based course teaching and improving learners'self-learning and self-managing abilities by enhancing the study process managing.This thesis introduced the theories of process management in industrial field into Web-based course design.The process management refers in this thesis is that theteacher carries on the instruction,the surveillance and the appraisal in the study.From the perspective of the process management,the thesis analyzed and described the learners'learning process in the web-based course,and the main idea of the Process Management of the Web-based Course Design is learners-centered, process centered,technologies as leaming tools,and the main body orientation appraisal.The author constructed a preliminary framework model,taking the process management web.based course theory and the constructivist learning theory, information technology as the base.The model can realize effective management of the learning process,improve the web-based course performance and improve learners'self-learning and self-managing ability.On the basis of the Web-based courses model,this thesis illustrated the learning content,the learning tools(such as concept map,e-Portfolio,learning contract), designing principles and methods for the process management of the learners.In addition,this thesis also analyzes the construction of web—based process management models and the functions of each part of the model.Taking the course of"Modem Educational Technology"as an example,the author developed the corresponding model,and analyzed its possible effectiveness theoretically.
