The development of applied tourism undergraduate education has become the direction of tourism higher education reform.Curriculum design is the core link in the cultivation of applied tourism undergraduate talents.Because of China's tourism education started late,teachers was relatively weak and other reasons,the tourism professional curriculum design to a certain extent by the "transplant" and "grafting" related disciplines,due to its own characteristics is not apparent.Today,the curriculum design and teaching professional tourism still has many disadvantages,such as in the curriculum design,ignoring the cultivation of students' occupation ability,and the actual gap,resulting in the employment of students can not meet the needs of employers,causes the tourism undergraduate talents training and the industry needs serious "dislocation of supply and demand".The work process oriented theory is based on the future work of the students oriented,an educational theory will work scene into the classroom teaching,which aims to enable students to become talents with ability,professional ability and social ability of high skill,high quality,in line with the development direction of applied tourism undergraduate talents cultivation.In this paper,based on the work process oriented theory,a comprehensive and systematic study on the application oriented curriculum design model and its application.First of all,by combing the domestic and foreign literature to define the relevant concepts,explains the work process oriented theory,laying the theoretical foundation for the study of the paper.Secondly,analyzes the current course of application oriented Undergraduate Tourism design present situation and problems of using the method of questionnaire,research necessity and feasibility of the work process oriented theory to the application type undergraduate tourism.What's more,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and factor analysis method of screening out the elements of applied tourism undergraduate curriculum design,the elements and the work process oriented theory of "three dimension","six elements" and "six steps" integration,constructed by two main systems and three subsystems of course application tourism undergraduate design mode based on the working process of the composition,and analyzes the mechanism and model of the implementation of the conditions of security.Finally,it is based on the application of the work process oriented curriculum design model of applied tourism undergraduate course.The applied tourism undergraduate in the "lobby room service and management" course as an example,combining with the contents and characteristics of the course itself,using the model of curriculum design will work process oriented to the curriculum,designed with the characteristics of the work process oriented curriculum,expounds the implementation of the program and the attentions.This paper innovatively work process oriented theory into tourism applied undergraduate course design,build a design model of the tourism undergraduate courses in application,aims to explore a new way for the applied tourism undergraduate talents cultivation,promoting effective docking with the needs of the industry of tourism undergraduate talents.
