Research On College Students Management From The Perspective Of Student-centeredness

Student management is the axis and the most important part of university management, being the basic work in terms of safeguarding the regular teaching order and ensuring physical and psychological growth of students. Human-orientation is a necessity for the college student management in the 21st century, being scientific ideology for the management in the future, especially for the university management. With such a basis, the thesis tries to givesomesuggestions and reference for the college student management by reforming the old and traditional management methods.The thesis is divided into 5 parts. the introduction part put forward the significance of research, the present research in this field and the basic research methods. With the variants of student-centeredness and student management, the second part goes on to expatiate on the education principle of student-centeredness. The third one defines some relevant concepts concerning college student management. The fourth gives some analysis to the existent problems in student management. The last part provides some basic solution to the existent problems.
