Human-orientation is a scientific ideology conforming to the trend of the management in the 21st century. f we adapt human-orientation to the management of the high-school headteacher, it becomes student-centeredness. he author puts forward several recommendations and considerations based on the five-year management experience of the headteacher from the perspective of the student-centeredness.The thesis is divided into 5 parts. The first part is the introduction ,the anthor puts forward the significance of the present research in this field .The second part is to explore the history of the headteacher.The third part is to inquire into the history of the student-enteredness.Part four is the core and focus of this paper.According to the accumulated work experience,from the aspects of conventional work, transformation of the relativelyand temporarily falling-behind students,the cultivation of the excellent students, as well as the promotion of the middle-level students ,the paper analyzed the problems which should be paid attention to and the methods to adopt for the management .The fifth part is to put forward some reflections on how to be student-oriented, and how to constantly improve oneself for a headteacher.
