The purposes of research are to investigate the structure of conscientiousness, the structure of job performance the relations between conscientiousness and its sub-traits and job performance. for these purposes, some standard research methods, such as regression analysis, correlation analysis and exploratory factor analysis are employed. More than 216 have been surveyed The conclusions drawn by this study are as follows:First, the conscientiousness composed of 5 factors: order , cautiousness ,responsibility ,ability and achivment.Second, the job performance composed of 3 factors: task-performance, Job-dedication and inter-personal-facilitation.Third, in the relations between conscientiousness and its sub-traits and job performance, 1)ability can predict job-dedication better.2) achivment can predict inter-personal-facilitation better.3) ability and achivment can predict job performance better.
