Special education teachers’ personality traits are significantly correlated with work performance. Extraversion trait and agreeableness trait have significant effects on relationship performance. Extroversion trait, openness trait and accountability trait have significant effects on task performance. Neuropathic trait has no significant correlation with work performance. The influence of special education teachers’ personality traits on work performance will change under the influence of working attitude.
