The Construction Of Competence Model Of Graduates' General Employability

Base on open-ended interviews of former studies and theory exploration, the authors analyzed the concept of general employability of graduates, and then brought up a theoretical hypothesis about the construct of general employability of graduates. Questionnaire of general employability of graduates was constructed according to the hypothesis. Through the survey, employability of graduates was analyzed. The researchers administered the questionnaire Explore factor analysis found that general employability of graduates was a multi-dimensional construct which had seven dimensions, and the confirmatory factor analysis found that the model is rational. We found general employability of graduates was made by executing ability, IQ competence ability, controlling emotion ability, teamwork ability, personality's adaptation, self-development ability, and impression management ability. In the second part of this research, the Competence Model of Graduates'General Employability was constructed based on the interview masteries, through the BEI technique.
