Since the beginning of the new century,the demand of enterprises for professional talents has always existed,but structural unemployment still exists in graduates.The reason for the problem of imbalance between supply and demand of talent employment is that the cultivation of universities is divorced from the actual needs.In order to explore the characteristics of employability that college graduates should possess,and to explore how employability influence employment performance,this paper takes graduates majored in Management as the research sample and carries out a two-step research.The first study is based on the OBE concept,which uses the idea of competence to construct the employability model of the Management graduates from the perspective of employers.Took 20 human resource management practitioners as interviewees,we got a preliminary employability dictionary,which was used as the basis for a questionnaire survey.After the pre-survey,the questionnaire was revised.After that,an exploratory factor analysis was conducted with the effective questionnaires of 220 enterprise human resource management practitioners.Then we obtained a employability model of three dimensions,including self-improvement,action execution and interpersonal communication.Finally,we used structural equations(Amos)to test the employer-perspective employability model.In the second study,take employability as independent variables,the employment performance as dependent variables,and the gender of students,the background of subjects and the nature of employment units as moderating variables.Then we selected 88 fresh graduates from 25 provinces as subjects to carry out a questionnaire,the stepwise regression showed the detail of the conclusion: First,the dimensions of selfimprovement employability have a significant positive impact on employment performance,the dimensions of interpersonal communication employability have a significant positive impact on the process performance of employment performance,and the dimensions of action execution employability have a significant positive impact on the satisfaction performance of employment performance;Second,the difference of subject background and the nature of employment units can regulate the mechanism of employability's influence on employment performance,but the gender of student's status information has no significant effect.According to the conclusion above,the paper puts forward that the design of college training program should be based on the results oriented mode to improve employment performance,and pay attention to the cultivation of students' multidimensional employability;the cooperation between school and enterprise should be guided by the needs of enterprise to avoid the lag of college talents training;at the same time,the enterprise can adopt the differential assessment method in campus recruitment to improve the efficiency of talent recruitment.
