Sports venues are the material basis for developing competitive sports in China and an important carrier for the development of sports industry.At present,the development of mass sports in our country is relatively lagging behind,the lack of space has a major impact on the national fitness activities,to promote the opening of the stadium and gymnasiums to the society,improve the management level of the stadium and gymnasium.It is an important guarantee to solve the shortage of the site and promote the development of mass sports.Dandong is one of the 14 cities in Liaoning province.The stadiums are rich in resources,however,the backward management system and management mode seriously restrict the management level of public sports venues,and understand the current situation of public sports venues in Dandong.To further improve the management level of the public stadium and gymnasium,it can give full play to the social service function of the public stadium and gymnasium.In order to further promote the effective implementation of the national fitness program in Dandong and provide basic guarantee for the development of sports industry,it highlights the importance and urgency of this research.The research adopts the literature method,the expert interview method,the questionnaire method and the data statistics method,based on the reality of Dandong,through a survey of the 5 largest public stadiums in Dandong,makes a systematic analysis on the current situation and existing problems of the management and management of the public stadium and gymnasium.And put forward the countermeasures and suggestions that can promote its steady development.To explore a set of management system suitable for Dandong public stadium and gymnasium,to help Dandong public sports venues to improve the level of public service.Through research,the following basic conclusions are drawn:1.In the management mode,5 public sports stadiums in Dandong are all the institutions of financial nuclear subsidy,and the management mode is based on the independent management of the unit.2.In the form of operation,the operation form of Dandong public stadiums and gymnasiums is mainly direct operation,supplemented by contractual operation and leasing business,and the operation form is highly convergent.3.The public sports venues in Dandong mostly adopt the framework of straight line functional system,and implement the responsibility system of the Director under the leadership of the Party committee,and different departments are responsible for different businesses.4.The choice of operation contents of Dandong public stadiums and gymnasiums follows the idea of "body centered and diversified operation simultaneously".The opening time of venues is not enough.The development of large-scale events is not optimistic.5.In terms of operating efficiency,the public sports venues in Dandong can basically achieve the balance of profit and loss.The expenditure of the public gymnasiums is equal to the annual income,although there is no loss,but the profitability is not high.6.Dandong city public stadium management problems in the focus on six aspects,namely,management system and mechanism are not clear,but low utilization ratio high operating costs,and content management the lack of innovation,the service level is low,and the lack of professionals and overstaffed,various taxes,the heavy burden of venues.7.Improve the Dandong city public stadium management level,need to straighten out the management system,a variety of means and improve facility utilization,business model innovation and rich management content,set up the marketing idea and marketing innovation,personnel system reform,perfect man-machine system,increase the tax incentives to reduce the tax burden.
